the big one disappointed in my carrer journey is failed to join sap**a. no words can described hows the feel. all the resourse, time, energy and everything was sacrife for that. still remember at least 3 or 4 times come intvw at st, and at least 1 for stt. before that, 1 phone call were received to come intvw but suddeny silence after a while. that is the 1st trial plan to involved with this company. it was long time ago with no answer.
look at linkedln there are many workers and ex-workers from this conglomerate company. do not understand some workers were resign from position that i attend interview for. need to admit their still young and lot of opportunities to grow. but in fact i loss the position to them. i am the looser.
look at this age and current place looks nothing to gain. what i daily did is all boring things. plan to move but no where. stuck at this horizon.
hopefully after cny got shine in my path. just need to prepared to bail out 1 month bonuses which already received. very bad management, u gv bonuses but ask people to stay for certain period. its better if u not gv anything and lets people free to pick what path their want to go.
should i stay when i feel this management is bad? maybe i got a good salary here, but the fact excitement with what you do is more than everything. *sigh*
